MUTEMATH
Mute Math (sometimes typeset as MUTEMATH or MuteMath) is a Grammy Award nominated American rock band from New Orleans that formed in 2003. Their music consists of many elements and has been described as everything from electro-alternative-rock to psychedelic-gospel to experimental-pop. The group consists of Paul Meany on keyboards & vocals; Darren King on drums, samples, and programming; Greg Hill on guitar; and Roy Mitchell-Cárdenas on bass, but they often perform on any mixture or variation of these instruments.

Hoobastank
Hoobastank is an American rock band, best known for their 2004 hit "The Reason" and other hits "Crawling in the Dark" and "Running Away". They formed in 1994 in Agoura Hills, California, with singer Doug Robb, guitarist Dan Estrin, drummer Chris Hesse, and original bassist Markku Lappalainen. They are currently signed to Island Records and have released four albums and one extended play to date. Their fourth album, For(N)ever, was released in January 2009. To date, they have sold more than 10 million copies worldwide.

Ken Andrews
Ken Andrews, born Kenneth Andrew Doty, is an American musician and producer, based out of Los Angeles, California.
Andrews was born in Seattle, Washington, and attended film school in Los Angeles before his band Failure received a record deal from Slash Records.
He was the co-founder, lead vocalist, guitarist, and co-songwriter of the rock band Failure, and also played in Replicants, a cover band side project that also included members of Tool. After the breakup of Failure, he also recorded music under the moniker ON, and later assembled and fronted the band Year of the Rabbit. Currently, Andrews is performing as a solo artist, as well as collaborating in a self-described "digital band" called Los Angeles Digital Noise Academy with Brad Laner (Medicine), Sharky Laguana (Creeper Lagoon), and Charlotte Martin (whom Andrews married in 2005), among others.

Blurtonia
Blurtonia was a Canadian rock group, formed in May 1999 to play live shows in support of the well-received self-released debut Adventures in the Kingdom of Blurtonia, co-produced by Daryl Smith whose credits include Sloan, Tricky Woo, and Godspeed You! Black Emperor.
In addition to Adventures, Blurtonia released one other self-titled album released on Grenadine Records in 2002. At the time, the band was composed of Ian Blurton (ex-Change of Heart) on guitar and vox, Al Kelso (ex-The Dinner Is Ruined) on guitar, Randy Curnew (ex-Ursula/Cash Brothers) on drums, and Brendan Canning (Broken Social Scene) on bass. Before their last cross-Canada tour in September 2002, Eric Larock (Tricky Woo) filled in on bass.
Blurton is currently involved in C'Mon (alongside Randy Curnew and Katie Lynn also of Nashville Pussy). Blurton is also a Toronto-based recording and producing engineer at Chemical Sounds.
