Movie Details

My Name Is Khan Bollywood film starring Shahrukh Khan and Kajol. It is directed by Karan Johar, with a screenplay by Shibani Bathija, and produced by Hiroo Yash Johar and Gauri Khan. It is overseen by both Dharma Productions and Red Chillies Entertainment and will be distributed by FOX Star Entertainment. Cinematography is by Ravi K. Chandran, Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy composed the film's score, choreography is by Farah Khan, and lyrics were written by Niranjan Iyengar. Visual Effects are by Red Chillies VFX.

Adnan Sami Khan (born 15 August 1973), popularly known simply as Adnan Sami, is a British-born singer, musician, pianist, actor and composer of Pakistani origin. He currently holds Canadian citizenship and lives in Mumbai, India. His style merges Asian and Western music styles and instrumentation and ranges from classical to jazz to modern pop-rock.

Shafqat Amanat Ali is a Pakistani classical singer belonging to Patiala Gharana. He was also the lead vocalist of the popular Pakistani pop band "Fuzön".

Rashid Khan

Ustad Rashid Khan (born 1 July 1966) is an Indian classical musician in the Hindustani music tradition. He belongs to the Rampur-Sahaswan Gharana, and is the great grandson of Gharana founder Ustad Inayat Hussain Khan.
In a story told in several versions, it appears that Pandit Bhimsen Joshi said at one point, that Rashid Khan was the "assurance for the future of Indian vocal music". He was awarded the Padma Shri, as well as the Sangeet Natak Akademi Award in 2006.

Strings

Strings is an internationally acclaimed Pakistani pop-rock band comprising two members. The band was formed when four college students, Bilal Maqsood, Faisal Kapadia, Rafiq Wazir Ali and Kareem Bashir Bhoy, decided to form a band in 1988 in Karachi. In 1992, the quartet disbanded only to make a comeback with two of its members, Bilal and Faisal later in 2000. While the initial band was riding on the new wave of Pakistani pop music, the later formation ushered a new revival in the music industry of Pakistan.
Kapadia and Maqsood followed in the footsteps of Junoon and Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan and took their act across the border to India only to realise they already were a recognised band in the country as remixes of one of their earliest songs were played in clubs.
