Movie Details
Popular high school senior Mike O'Donnell (Zac Efron) seemingly has it all. He is a star athlete headed straight for a college scholarship, until he finds out his high school girlfriend, Scarlett is pregnant he then decides to give his scholarship up to settle down. Twenty years later, an adult Mike (Matthew Perry) finds his life is not exactly what he expected.

The Helio Sequence
The Helio Sequence is an indie rock band signed to label Sub Pop. The band was formed in 1999 in Beaverton, Oregon, a suburb of Portland, Oregon, and consists of Brandon Summers on guitar and vocals and Benjamin Weikel, who has also played for Modest Mouse, on keyboards and drums. The band produces an eccentric brand of electronica-tinged indie rock. To date, they have released two albums on Sub Pop, two on Portland-based label Cavity Search and a self-released EP. Their fourth album, entitled Keep Your Eyes Ahead, was released on January 29, 2008, by Sub Pop. The band's sound evolved on Keep Your Eyes Ahead, due in part to Summers damaging his vocal cords and then relearning to sing .

The Kooks
The Kooks are an English indie pop band formed in Brighton, East Sussex, in 2004. Formed by Luke Pritchard (vocals/guitar), Hugh Harris (lead guitar), Paul Garred (drums), and Max Rafferty (bass guitar), the lineup of the band remained constant until 2008 and the departure of Rafferty. Dan Logan was drafted in as a temporary replacement, until Peter Denton joined the band on a permanent basis in October 2008.
A self-described “pop” band, their music is primarily influenced by the 1960s British Invasion movement and post-punk revival of the new millennium.
Signed to Virgin Records just three months after forming, The Kooks broke into the musical mainstream with their debut album Inside In/Inside Out (2006). Toby Lightman is an American singer/songwriter. Her first album, Little Things, was released in 2004 on Lava/Atlantic, featuring the hit single Devils and Angels, which enjoyed considerable airplay in the summer of 2004. Her second album, Bird on a Wire was released in 2006. During her career, she has toured and performed with bands such as OAR, Rob Thomas, Jewel, Gavin DeGraw, Train, Prince, and Carbon Leaf. The Duke Spirit are an English rock band, with an affinity to the sound of My Bloody Valentine, Sonic Youth and the Pixies, a band The Duke Spirit has covered live in their early shows. Their primal take on Rock and roll, blues and soul music allies them to groups such as Patti Smith Group, Spiritualized, 60's Girl Group such as The Shangri-Las and Phil Spector's Wall of Sound.
The band are currently actively touring back and forth between the USA (in support of Incubus), Europe and Australia whilst fitting in time to write new material for their third album.

The Virgins are an American band formed in 2006 in New York City consisting of Donald Cumming (vocals, guitar), Wade Oates (guitar), and Nick Zarin-Ackerman (bass). They have toured with Jet and opened for Sonic Youth and Patti Smith and played at the All Points West Festival in 2008. They performed at the 2008 SXSW festival, and toured in the United Kingdom with The Pigeon Detectives in November and December 2008. Their music is becoming a hit all around the world when they travelled all the way to Norway to play at the Hove festival in June 2009. The song "Rich Girls" was number 68 on Rolling Stone's list of the 100 Best Songs of 2008.

Motion City Soundtrack is an American rock band from Minneapolis, Minnesota, formed in 1997. Only two of the founding members are still a part of the lineup: lead vocalist and guitarist Justin Pierre and lead guitarist and backing vocalist Joshua Cain. The band also includes keyboardist and moog synthesist Jesse Johnson, bassist and backing vocalist Matthew Taylor, with drummer, percussionist and backing vocalist Tony Thaxton. Marvin Young (born May 10, 1967) better known by his stage name Young MC is a British-born, American rapper. He is best known for his 1989 hit "Bust a Move".
In addition to producing the hit "Bust a Move", Young MC was also an accomplished songwriter, having co-written the hits "Wild Thing" and "Funky Cold Medina" for Tone Loc. Even though his follow-up to "Bust a Move", "Principal's Office", did not become a huge hit, it was still nominated for Best Rap Video at the 1990 MTV Video Music Awards.
